A workshop on Emergency Preparedness and Safety Response was organised by the KL-YES arm of the USG Alumni Gombe State on the 28th of May 2021 to train 120 students at the Special Education Center, Gombe on ways to promote safety as well as the Dos and Don’ts in emergency situations.
The training sessions were led by Red Cross, State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Road Safety, and other relevant agencies.
This workshop is part of an 8th state response to equip students living with disabilities.
